Our Approach

Our approach to conducting an Executive Search assignment encourages client* input and participation, and focuses on the provision of timely, informative and objective communications back to the client. The methodology we employ during an Executive Search entails the following stages which normally occur over a six to ten week period:
  • Confirmation Letter
  • Position Profile and Candidate Specification
  • Progress Reviews
  • Candidate Identification
  • Consultant/Candidate Interviews
  • Short List Preparation and Submission
  • Reference Verification
  • Client/Candidate Interviews
  • Selection and Negotiation
  • Assignment Close
*A client is any organization for whom we have conducted Executive Search services during the past year. As such, we impose a one-year, off-limits restriction to the entire client organisation and it's employees for the purposes of direct sourcing candidates for other Search assignments.
